At Fast Visa Consultant, we are committed to providing professional visa consultancy and application support services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a payment.

1. Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made to Fast Visa Consultant for consultancy, application assistance, document preparation, assessment, processing, or other professional services are non-refundable once the service has commenced.

Once our team has started working on your case, the fees paid cannot be refunded, regardless of the final outcome of the visa application.

2. Visa Refusal

Fast Visa Consultant does not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or visa-processing organisation.

If your visa application is refused, rejected, delayed, or otherwise unsuccessful, consultancy or service fees already paid will not be refunded.

3. Change of Circumstances

Refunds will not normally be provided if you:

• Change your travel plans
• Change your mind after purchasing our services
• Decide not to proceed with your application
• Are unable to travel
• Receive a visa refusal
• Fail to provide the required information or documents
• Miss an appointment or deadline
• Provide incomplete or inaccurate information

4. Third-Party Fees

Any fees paid to third parties, including embassies, consulates, visa application centres, government authorities, appointment services, translation providers, courier services, or other external organisations, are separate from our consultancy fees and are subject to the refund policies of those organisations.

Fast Visa Consultant cannot guarantee or control refunds from third parties.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, Fast Visa Consultant may review a refund request at its discretion. Any such request must be submitted in writing and will be considered based on the individual circumstances and the stage of the service.

Approval of any exceptional refund is entirely at the discretion of Fast Visa Consultant.
