2. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

Fast Visa Consultant does not guarantee that a visa application will be approved.

All visa applications are ultimately assessed and decided by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority or visa-processing organisation.

Our role is to provide professional guidance and assistance. We cannot influence or control the final decision of any government or immigration authority.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete and truthful information.

You agree to:

Provide complete information when requested
Inform us of any relevant changes to your circumstances

Attend required appointments
Follow instructions provided by the relevant authorities

Fast Visa Consultant is not responsible for problems resulting from false, misleading, incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by a client.

4. Documents and Information

Clients must provide documents and information requested for their particular application.

We may review documents for completeness and consistency as part of our service. However, the responsibility for the authenticity and accuracy of documents remains with the client.

We do not accept responsibility for forged, fraudulent or misleading documents supplied by a client.

5. Government and Third-Party Decisions

Visa processing times, appointment availability, fees, requirements and decisions are controlled by the relevant authorities and third-party organisations.

These matters may change without notice.

Fast Visa Consultant cannot guarantee:

A particular processing time
Appointment availability
Visa approval
A particular visa duration
A particular immigration outcome

6. Fees and Payments

All applicable service fees must be paid according to the payment terms presented to the client.

Our consultancy fees are separate from government, embassy, visa-centre, biometric, translation, courier and other third-party charges.

Third-party fees may be subject to the refund policies of the relevant organisation.

7. Refunds

Payments for our professional services are generally non-refundable once our service has commenced.

A visa refusal or unsuccessful application does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund of consultancy or service fees.

8. Communication

We may communicate with clients by email, telephone, WhatsApp or other contact methods provided by the client.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their contact information remains accurate and accessible.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information or failure to respond to communications within a reasonable period.

9. Confidentiality and Privacy

We take reasonable steps to protect information provided to us.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

Clients should only provide information and documents that are relevant to their application or enquiry.

10. Website Information
